You must use Kiorava services lawfully and not engage in activity that harms others, infringes intellectual property, or violates local or international laws.

Some programs may be limited to residents of specific countries. Kiorava is based in Singapore and programs may be subject to local regulatory restrictions.

Account and Access

To access member-only content or register for programs, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing access credentials.

Keep your account information accurate and up to date. Provide truthful details during registration and notify Kiorava of material changes that affect participation.

Protect your login credentials. Notify Kiorava immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot fully eliminate all risks.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent from Kiorava. Shared or resold access violates these terms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately and follow our incident response guidance. Prompt notification helps limit impact.

Kiorava may suspend or restrict access for breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligations. Suspension will be communicated with reasons where practicable.

Services Offered

Kiorava provides workshops, coaching, digital courses, and events that integrate mindful business practices with spiritual development. Descriptions on vhorizon.digital outline scope, outcomes, and schedules; those descriptions form part of service agreements.

We may modify program content, schedules, or instructors to reflect updated curricula or operational needs. Participants will be informed of significant changes and offered alternatives or credits when materially affected.

Program availability depends on capacity and demand. Kiorava makes reasonable efforts to run scheduled offerings but reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events for operational or safety reasons.

Participant Rules

To maintain a respectful, productive learning environment, participants agree to follow community rules and program-specific guidelines. Examples and scenarios are used during sessions; participants should engage constructively.

• Respectful conduct: engage with peers and facilitators in a considerate manner, avoiding harassment or discrimination.
• Confidentiality: respect private sharings in group sessions unless explicit consent to share is given.
• Responsible participation: complete preparatory work and attend sessions punctually to benefit group outcomes.
• No unauthorized recording: recording sessions requires consent from facilitators and participants.
• Use of shared materials: apply case examples and exercises in good faith and credit original sources when sharing outside the program.
• Health and safety: disclose relevant limitations to facilitators when exercises require physical or psychological participation.
• Ethical conduct: avoid offering professional services (legal, medical, business) to other participants during program activities unless duly qualified.

User Contributions

Participants may submit reflections, case studies, or exercises ('user content') in course discussions and shared spaces. Such content helps practical learning and peer feedback.

You retain ownership of original materials you create. By sharing content within Kiorava programs you grant permission for its use in program delivery and internal training contexts.

By posting user content you grant Kiorava a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for program operations and improvement. We may anonymize contributions for case-study purposes.

You represent that your content is your original work and does not violate third-party rights. Kiorava is not responsible for user-submitted claims or disputes between participants.

Kiorava may remove user content that violates rules or legal requirements. Participants may request removal of their contributions; we will evaluate requests and act reasonably.

Intellectual Property

All Kiorava course materials, branding, and proprietary methods are protected intellectual property. Participants may use materials for personal development but must not reproduce or commercialize them without written permission.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course content outside your personal use.
• Do not modify Kiorava branding or present materials as your own.
• Seek written consent for any public use of copyrighted exercises or case studies developed by Kiorava.

Paid Services

Some Kiorava offerings require payment. Paid services include structured programs, private coaching, and premium digital content. Payment terms are specified at purchase.

Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing for bespoke packages will be confirmed in writing.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers on vhorizon.digital. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout. Payment must be completed to confirm registration.

Subscription-based services renew according to the plan purchased. Cancellation and changes to subscription plans are subject to the subscription terms provided at purchase.

Refunds are handled case-by-case and depend on program type, timing of the request, and any non-recoverable costs. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with supporting details.

Participants may cancel registrations according to the cancellation policy applicable to each program. Kiorava may offer credits, partial refunds, or rescheduling options depending on circumstances.

Participants are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable to paid services. Kiorava will comply with Singapore tax reporting requirements.

Kiorava may adjust pricing for future offerings. Prices already paid for confirmed registrations will not be retroactively increased.

Failure to pay may result in denial of access to paid content and collection actions for outstanding amounts, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimer

Kiorava provides educational programs and experiential guidance. Information shared in programs is for personal and professional development and should not be taken as specialized legal, medical, or business advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiorava and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Kiorava may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, or auxiliary services. Such providers' terms and privacy practices apply to their processing of your data and are beyond Kiorava's direct control.

Termination

Kiorava may terminate or suspend access to services for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Participants may terminate their account by following account closure procedures.

Termination may result in loss of access to materials and community spaces. Fees already paid may not be refundable depending on program-specific cancellation policies.

Privacy

Kiorava's Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. The Privacy Policy, available on vhorizon.digital, is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Communications

By providing contact information you consent to receive administrative and program-related communications. Marketing communications are sent based on consent or legitimate interest and include opt-out options.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law or our services. Material changes will be posted at vhorizon.digital and notified to active participants where appropriate.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts in Singapore.
